Baby Joys

    With all the excitement of seeing the baby on the ultrasound two weeks ago and discovering we are expecting a little girl, family has been quick to donate many gifts already! Here are some of the things we have gotten for the baby . . . it's funny how these things make me so happy! I guess it makes it feel more real to have a bunch of baby goodies.  Even though I am 20 1/2 weeks along (halfway through) this baby could not get here quick enough! Once Christmas is over time will fly by and the baby will be here before you know it! And then the real fun begins . . .

    I could not be more excited to be a mom! I enjoy every moment with our baby girl and love sitting around to feel her roll and kick in my belly. She has a strong punch now and there is no mistaking it. Matthew and I had tons of fun feeling her kick last night and at one point she kicked so hard Matthew got all emotional and said, "I think I'm going to cry!" He is going to be done for when he is in the delivery room! I have a feeling he will be balling his eyes out when she is born . . . so cute!
